1. e1The Terms of Use set a minimum age of 18 and state the service is prohibited for minors worldwide (checked 2026-07-29).

2. e2The age mechanism the Terms describe outside the UK is a self-declared date of birth entered at first use (guest or registered); a birthdate the operator determines to be false can lead to suspension (checked 2026-07-29).

3. e3For UK users, the Terms describe mandatory age verification by third-party providers Ondato and Yoti, citing the UK Online Safety Act; where age cannot be verified, access to the relevant features is restricted (checked 2026-07-29).

5. e5The site's FAQ states that public display of NSFW content is prohibited and that recommended content undergoes AI screening and human moderation, while describing private chats as confidential and not accessible to character creators or the operator (checked 2026-07-29).
