1. e1The privacy policy, last updated 29 December 2025, names the operator in its contact section as Skywork AI Pte. Ltd., contactable at support@linke.ai, and its governing-law section states the policy is governed by the laws of Singapore (checked 2026-07-31).

2. e2Both terms documents provide that disputes are resolved by arbitration in Singapore under SIAC rules, and that claims may be brought only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action (checked 2026-07-31).

3. e3The terms published at support.linke.ai, dated 7 March 2024, set the minimum age at 17, with 18 for paid subscription and social networking functions, and require parental or guardian consent below 17. That clause is the only mention of a parent or guardian we found in that document, and we found no parental control or supervision feature described in it (checked 2026-07-31).

   "(e) Eligibility. **The Service is not for persons under the age of 17 (and not for those under the age of 18 in terms of any paid subscription services and social networking function) or for any Users previously suspended or removed from the Service by Linky. If you are under 17 years of age, you must not use or access the Service without the consent of your parent or legal guardian.**"

4. e4The terms served in-app at m.linke.ai, last updated 14 July 2025, set a different minimum age: under 16 on Android devices and under 18 on iOS devices. They reserve a right to verify age and to terminate accounts that do not meet the requirement (checked 2026-07-31).

5. e5The privacy policy states Linky is not directed to minors under 18, that it does not knowingly collect their personal data, and that on becoming aware of such data it will delete it and terminate the account (checked 2026-07-31).

6. e6Both terms documents prohibit users from posting content they define as Objectionable Content, a list that includes obscene and pornographic material, material the documents describe as pedophilic, content inciting violence including suicide, and content harming minors in any way (checked 2026-07-31).

11. e11The Apple App Store listing carries an Age Rating of 18+, lists Profanity or Crude Humor, Mature or Suggestive Themes and Sexual Content or Nudity under the heading 'Infrequent', states the app contains Loot Boxes, Messaging and Chat and User-Generated Content, and names the seller as SKY INTERACTIVE TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. (checked 2026-07-31).

13. e13Observed by Halo AwareOn the pages we loaded at linke.ai on 2026-07-31, character profiles and an opening character line were displayed without any sign-in or age-confirmation step; the pages offered a Sign in control and an Android app download button, and we found no chat input usable without signing in.
