2. e2An official Janitor AI help-centre article states that users connecting from UK, Australian or Brazilian IP addresses must complete a one-time age verification through the provider k-ID (facial age estimation, ID scan, or AgeKey), with UK rollout stated as 15 June 2026, and that the operator receives only a yes/no over-18 answer (checked 2026-07-29).

4. e4An official help-centre article states NSFW content is disabled by default in the Janitor AI mobile app to comply with app-store policies, and that an 'Enable NSFW on Mobile' toggle on the website removes all restrictions so the app functions exactly like the website (checked 2026-07-29).

5. e5The operator's content-guidelines article on minor-related content states that suspected under-18 users are permanently banned, that under-age personas and minor-coded characters are prohibited in all circumstances, and that combining minor-coded characters with sexual or romantic themes results in immediate and permanent account termination (checked 2026-07-29).
